Samuel O'Toole & Parker Perry in Austin @ Rain on 4th

March 9 ~18, 2012 is the infamous South By Southwest (SXSW) Film & Music Festival in the capital city of Austin, TX. In conjunction with this event, Fleshjack, will be jetting in Samuel O'Toole. Unfortunately, Brent Everett did CANCEL his appearance on the day of the event. Parker Perry took his place for the 11p special appearance at Rain on 4th, Thursday, March 15, 2012. Let me tell you, it was made for a fabulous night. Not to mention, Rain was elbow to elbow. Check out the photos and see for yourselves.

Sashay Sanchez~2012~ "Hollywood Goes Purple"~The Sequel

*THE SEQUEL* 

Due to the fact that there will be TWO Pride Celebrations  (Austin & Dallas) during the month of September, I had to make a decision to be able to secure the ballroom for my celebration.The only date available on their calendar was Sat., Oct. 6, 2012. At this point, I feel I will go ahead and stick to this date. I am looking forward to a bigger and better celebration this year. Now that I got that out of the way I can slowly begin the process. I feel so blessed that I have already had people offer their help.The celebration will once again be held @  the Holiday Inn Austin Midtowne's Hill Country Ballroom. As last year, there will be a BLOCK of ROOMS held at a special rate for my in town, as well as out of town guests. My official designer will be Marco Rangel, from Galvan Productions. I will be posting updates as more info becomes available.

Prince Dupree Davenport "Inspire Award"

 



 On March 31, 2011 at OILCAN HARRY'S, Mr. Peter O' Porras of TEXAS USA UNLIMITED PAGEANTS presented a very Special Award titled the Prince Dupree Davenport "Inspire Award".
As I was there to take photos in front waiting for the results so I could snap the Winners, he paused to make the special presentation. I snapped a picture of him reading the plaque moments before he announced my name. I sat there FROZEN for a moment. Then it hit me, it was for me. I was lost for words, never expecting  something as SPECIAL as this. 
I had the pleasure of meeting Dupree (R.I.P.) in 2009 at then COCKPIT.
I would like to sincerely THANK the Board of Directors, USA & TEXAS UNLIMITED PAGEANTRY SYSTEM FAMILY and Mr. Peter O'Porras. 
I am beyond words. I am so honored and humbled by this act.
The passion and love that I have for taking photos, in my own opinion is beyond explanation. At times, it really is not an easy job, I just happen to make look that way. But I love it at heart and its fun!! The cherished memories in a photo will last forever, for I believe that a picture is PRICELESS.
